We are feeding a bunch of people tonight and putting on a bbq class at my golf club. Took the Chain Smoker over this morning and will fire her up around 11 or 12.

Cooking 3 #15 briskets, 4 10# butts, a case of ribs and 8 fresh chickens cut up. For sides we are doing a pan of beans and a pan of mac.

Was up late last night prepping, and will post pics of the event :)

Huge success today, but wow what a long day!

We cooked around 200#'s of food today..we didnt expect that much! Super tired tonight as it was a really long day but here are a couple of pics. I need to sift through pics tomorrow and ill post up some more :)
