It's kind of a menu item here in the south.
Barbecue Frito Pie. Hickory smoked Brisket plus mesquite smoked Pulled Pork on a bed of Fritos. Topped with Tillamook Cheddar and chopped onion. Drizzle of barbecue sauce. Often add nacho jalapeno slices, this time I have some frozen smoked ABT's. Coin toss actually on the jalapeno type. TBD

Sounds good! That beer isn't too bad. I have had it several and there is a definite enjoyability but you have to like that kind.

I love them! One of the best I've ever had came from Pitforks and Smoke Rings in Slaton, TX.

I went with Green Chile and an ABT. I think I like the crunchy jalapeno pizza slices better. This was good but the pickle like crunch of the pickled sliced nacho jalapeno just hits different.
Adjustments will be made
