Made this for the first time on Thanksgiving. 5&1/2 pound boneless turkey breast wrapped with abou 3&1/2 pound of bacon. Used Butcher turkey injection and used Gold Star Chicken rub. Cooked at 300 on dry wsm for about 2&1/2 hours.Came out moist and delicious!
