So we do a large employee long weekend BBQ on my cousins farm for about 50-60 people and after struggling with smaller units and combining a slow down in the oil patch at work giving us some extra time we came up with this beast. None of us have really smoked much before so we have been learning on the fly with some help of w couple of friends that have some more experience. And so far it's been pretty darn good!

Since its birth we have also added a full 3 rack system with electric drive motor.

During this years BBQ weekend we did 30 racks of ribs, 8 large briskest, 3 whole lambs, over 10 fresh sockeye salmon and way way too many chicken wings.
