Babybacks and beef ribs

Very nice...
If I could find decent beef ribs I would never cook pork ribs again...Well until next time...

The only way to get "good" beef ribs here are to the grocery to not slice them into thin pieces, but they will still charge a high price for them. That's why I just settle for the cheap ones most of the time.
 
Looks great! What cut are those beef ribs? They almost look like the same size as the BB's, almost a beef loin rib?

Beef Back Ribs: IMPS #124 (rib bone #s 6-12) They are supplied in a 7-bone rack. If they were pork ribs they would be referred to as "baby backs."
