Babybacks and beef ribs cooked on the Chargriller Pellet Grill. Babybacks seasoned with Fiesta Brand pork rub and Ole Mule sauce ( a North Carolina Brand). Beef ribs got hit with Lowrys and pepper and nothing else.
The only way to get "good" beef ribs here are to the grocery to not slice them into thin pieces, but they will still charge a high price for them. That's why I just settle for the cheap ones most of the time.
