Phired up the Perphormer yesterday as we phinally had a warm day in this place where Summer will prob's never happen despite global warming.

Never mind my baggage. The result was worth it.

Started with these Hind Lamb Shanks:

Dusted with Salt Lick sent to me by my good Brother ChicagoKP and a bit of EVOO. Have a strong feeling about a Lamb affinity

On the Performer with base of charcoal and a smoker box of Oak flooring offcuts and some pistachio husks (why not try)

Spun some Vinyl for a while.

Then they were done. Visitors, music and alcohol involved. :wacko:

Managed to pull the Salad bit together with some killer Balsamic.

Verdict on the Salk Lick is thumbs up for lamb! :thumb:

I can say it was over pretty fast. Not much lepht for the Dog to clean up.

Maybe why I don't have a dog, He'd starve.
