After seeing Robb post the sale price of the OK Joe Bronco, I am very intrigued. However, I don't know that I see many differences in the Bronco and the WSM. Is there enough difference to justify having both. I know, I know you can never have enough cookers, but I am just wondering if there is much difference in how the 2 smokers cook? I can already make the WSM run like a champ but I feel the itch haha.

Both cook fantastic food
Hinged lid versus lid placement somewhere
Portability goes to WSM if going somewhere to cook
Bronco comes with hanging rack system available for WSM
Both are right height for direct heat cooking about 17" above coals
Coolness factor of Weber Ceramic coating is beautiful

Quite a few variables but both cook outstanding food

Just one addict helping another. Ain’t that what the Brethren do?

If I were in your shoes, I would prefer to spend the same amount of money on Hunsaker gear and trick out my WSM to do the same thing the Oklahoma Joe can do and then some. The Hunsaker hanging system and Vortex, would be awesome additions IMO. Plus, the porcelain finish on the WSM’s in much preferred to paint, at least to me it is… :)

I'd take either and probably be quite happy.

Hinged lids are pretty sweet though.

That might be enough to sway me toward the Bronco - that and it does not have that goofy door on the side.
