Angus Prime Brisket At Costco $2.69lb

Just bought a couple of Angus Prime Briskets at Costco tonight thought I would pass it along.

I have to get a membership one of these days, between the deals on brisket and ribs it's worth it. I'm paying maybe $55 for a small choice brisket if I'm lucky these days at other shops.

For some stupid reason here in North Jersey we can't get Prime at Costco's.
Tried talking to the meat manager got NOwhere. Would lov to get prime at that price!!!

Wow...we can only dream of prices like this for the equivalent of choice up here......The run of the mill brisket is almost 6$/lb and what would be prime quality....try 10-15$/lb...

I think they are $3.69 at my Costco (Sioux Falls). Gotta go buy one for the weekend!

Flats are 4.99 lb at my Costco in B'ham AL
All they carry. They took my cheap eggs away and replaced with Cage-Free @ 3.79 for 24. Bring back my caged birds is what I told mgr.

Seems like about $1/pound off the regular price, although I don't know that they were marked as Angus. Thanks for the heads-up!

For those that are in NYC, full packer angus prime is going for 2.90# and 2.70# for choice at RD.
