All this Blackstone talk...Beef and Pulled Pork Sliders

Hadn't fired up my Blackstone in a long while. Put it to use today.


2.5 oz patties

Got some onions going first

In the meantime quick slaw for the pulled pork sliders

Put the beef patties on and the PP to warm up

Love the different heat zones you can create on this griddle. Cranked up the heat for the burgers, slightly less heat for the PP and onions on standby at the lowest setting until everything is ready.

Time to assemble these bad boys. Light spread of mayo, grilled onions, sharp cheddar tomato.

We just had a conversation about buying the blackstone using the 20% off Bed Bath and Beyond coupon. She loves cooked onions but hates the smell they leave in the house. Soooooo..... looks like I'll have one in a couple days! In the meantime I'll get ideas from threads like this one and decide what other products I need for it as it will be outside in the elements.
