i would like to get another unit to replace my kingsford offset smoker/grill. it has a lot of rotted out parts. In the grand scope of things i could replace some parts as the body is still good just all of the grates, ash trey in the grill itself and legs. With all that said i would like some advice on a grill/smoker i was contemplating a weber but wife want me to get a charbroiled acorn. The plan is to do a lot of low and slow and the occasional grilled chicken, hamburger or steak. Just trying to see what works for most.

What type fuel do you want to use? How many folks do you usually cook for, maximum number x how often? Do you want a set and forget or do you like playing with fire? What is your budget?

Give us some feedback ans you will begin to get suggestions and advice.
