Was it Christmas this week? The week started with me receiving my new Thermoworks Smoke. Fun for sure. I'll try to post a review. Then, my child like excitement went through the roof. I received the loooong awaited (18 weeks) email from LSG that they have started my build! A brand new vertical offset. Woo Hoo!!!

I've been operating on a cheap offset smoker for years. I've created some great food on it, but I'm thrilled to say it will be retired in a few weeks. As a tribute to that COS, I'm posting photos from a few recent cooks.
