Was it Christmas this week? The week started with me receiving my new Thermoworks Smoke. Fun for sure. I'll try to post a review. Then, my child like excitement went through the roof. I received the loooong awaited (18 weeks) email from LSG that they have started my build! A brand new vertical offset. Woo Hoo!!!
