In Gadsden, AL, at the "Smoke on the Falls" Contest on April 13, 2019 we are inviting 8 cooks (pro or by) to help with turn-in and grazing.
The rules are simple, you nor your team can not be competing in the current contest (Gadsden - Smoke on the Falls).
You will get to see "behind the judge's curtain". You will be assist with the turn-in process. You will work at the grazing tables.
(The grazing table is where all of the contest left overs go - think tasting so many different flavor profiles)
You will be able to witness the judging process first hand.
We have done this a couple times in past years and have gotten really good feed back from those that participated.
