Contest Announcment 2nd Annual Indio California BBQ state Championship

Indio Visitors Bureau is pleased to announce the 2nd Annual Indio California BBQ State Championship and Festival brought to you by the City of Indio and the Greater Coachella Valley Camber of Commerce. The festival is on November 12th, 2016 from 10am - 5pm. The BBQ Festival is a sanctioned contest featuring professional pit masters from across the nation competing for up to $5,000 in prize money and after 35 teams up to $10,000 in prize money . The event will also feature a Desert local contest open to our best amateur backyard barbecue masters! We invite you to be a part of the celebration. And if your a vending team don't miss out last year was a BBQ venders paradise as one team puts it, with over 6,000 Hungry festival goers many vendors sold out early. Don't miss out.
