Guys this is going to be a huge event, with some massive plans for the years to come. This will be a must do event. Get signed up today for the very special things planned for this year and the years to come. $25k payout as well as a way for you the teams to make a ton of money with $2 samples.I cannot go into a lot of detail but this is the first year of some huge plans but we need teams to make it work. The facility, amenities and $$$$ are in place. We got a proclamation a couple of weeks ago to make it a true State Championship. Now all you have to do is sign up and get paid.

Peoples choice

So from what I see the peoples choice is chicken wings ?? And then chicken wings for operation BBQ relief on Saturday also ?? Is this correct ??? Thank you

Peoples Choice:
Any participating KCBS team can sell $2 samples throughout the 3-day event! Samples should fit in a 4oz. sample cup that will be provided by Mohegan Sun. Guests of the event can pick up a voting ticket when they purchase any food and drink at the
competitors’ entrance.
Teams will keep all profits from the $2 samples. Mohegan Sun will collect tickets at the end of each night and tally for payment on Sunday, June 22nd at 6:00pm or by mail the week after the event.
Winners will be announced along with the KCBS winners on Sunday, June 22nd at 5:00pm.
1st Place - $1,000; 2nd Place - $500; 3rd Place - $300
SATURDAY, JUNE 21ST
PEOPLE’S CHOICE (CONT.)
Wing Challenge – To Benefit Operation BBQ Relief!
All KCBS competitors will be given 20 pounds of chicken wings that they can prepare in any flavor they wish! Wing turn in will be at the main judging tent between 12:30pm and 12:45pm and the wing judging tent will be open to guests at 1:00pm. For a $5 entry, guests can try any 5 wings and vote on their favorite one!
Winners will be announced on Saturday afternoon after all wings have been consumed and voting has ended.
1st Place - $600; 2nd Place - $300; 3rd Place - $200

JACKO-QUE also a 5hour drive from Timonium md that's if you do not hit traffic. This comp should be worth it now do I bring my rv ???. Is Mohegan sun offering any special room rates in their casino hotel ???

I don't think they will discount - the hotel is normally sold out, especially on weekends. Arlie can answer about the contest spot, but if you can't go there Mohegan does have an RV lot you can use (for free I think) - just have to let them know ahead of time.
