20 pound butt big enough??

I would stuff the sliders myself then allow the guests to add any fixins them self.
I've seen too many times folks put way too much meat on the bun, take a bite then toss the rest.
I hate waste!

2 hours 10 minutes in. I don't like peeking but had to add some water to the drip pans cuz I'm doing wings later and didn't want all that burnt pig juice on the deflector.

The right cheek ... Er butt is at 104 and the left one at 118. 14 degrees difference between butts. I plan on putting both in the same pan when they reach 165 or so.

Bark is about right so I think I will pan and foil soon and not wait to hit 165 IT.

After the butts come off I've got about 100 wings to go on, then sausage last.

Looking great, beautiful color on the Butts.

The key words are "bridal party" with all of those sides you are good to go

Never underestimate the power of women who have been crash dieting to fit into various dresses they bought and planned to "lose weight into".

Better cook twelve butts just to be sure.

Well the quantity worked out just right. Had a zip lock bag of pulled pork and a small tray of wings left. Mac n cheese - gone; baked beans - gone; sausages - vacuumed up!
Managed to hide some caramel pecan brownies and Oreo Twix mini-cheese cakes.
