Not saying it's not been here and passed I've just not noticed it. I've seen the process at several cooker specific sites. Braided Pork Loin. Basically take a pork loin. Start about 2 inches from top making a cut lengthwise twice leaving three testicles, dang spell check I meant tentacles --and a cap. Season everywhere all sides and braid tight and capping braided tentacles with a skewer, toothpick, chop stick etc. Wife needed creamer so visited meat bins. Bargain bin a bust but they had pork loins BOGO and a ten dollar rack of small baby's.
Two loins average $6.50 each.
Cheap enough experiment. Braided pork loin.
