That's a great looking sandwich, and I believe lifting it up to your mouth would also count as reps because it had to weigh a ton.

My SIL, an Irish/Italian from Long Island, calls those Garbage Sandwiches. I love them. Probably cost $10.00 to make with today's high priced deli meat. But oh so good.
