    Ribbs to son in Persian Gulf US Navy

    Does anyone know if there is a way to send my "world famous" smoked baby backs to my son. He is on an aircraft carrier somewhere in the Persian gulf and asking for some home stuff. The wife is thinking under where, his brother is thinking video games. What the hell, BBQ is home!

    Did some ribs for the holiday yesterday with slaw, baked beans and cornbread on the side. (sorry, no pics of the sides :icon_smil) Rubbed with EatonHoggBBQ Red Rub and ready for the UDS. Cook for a few hrs. this is what you get. My son made a Raspberry Buttermilk cake for dessert...

    Weekend Smoke with Pron

    Fired up the smoker last night and put on two 9# butts @ 6:00. Pulled them offthis morning at 7:00. Spares are on the smoker now. Should be done @noon.
