Wow, that looks delicious. Are the baskets a pain to clean? I have a rotisserie I have not used in years..

Not really, I just soak mine in hot soapy water in the sink then use a scrub pad to clean. I’ll also throw it in the dishwasher. I would recommend a stainless one like Moose has vs a “non stick” one like I have. I’ll probably be replacing mine for one soon.
 
Kosher salt, fine ground black pepper, and Lawry’s. I liked the addition of the Lawry’s, I may reduce the kosher salt amount next time so I can add a little more of it.
