Have read loads so thought I should start posting as well.

Beef Cheeks on the Big Green Egg.

250, till smoked enough, foiled with butter.

Tasted fantastic !!!

Wow, wish I could find cheek meat that nice around here. Heck, I wish I could find cheek meat at all. Great job!
 
how long did it take, and how do you check for doneness? Always see beef cheeks in the store and wonder how to cook them
 
I did beef cheeks for the first time a few months back - they were fantastic, but yours look much better - nicely done!
