Decided on duck for the Game Birds and Poultry TD

Washed, trimmed the excess skin, and poked some holes with a bamboo skewer to release some of the fat since duck breast is pretty fatty

That looks awesome! You have no idea how many times I could have used the baster top! Never seen that before. Does it fit most BBQ bottles? or only certain ones?

It's multi threaded and fits most bbq bottles. I really like it and clean up is super easy. I picked it from World Market if you have one around for $3. If not then it's readily available online it looks like.
