So I'm sure everyone does this, but already planning my first cook on it and doing some spacing based on grate size. So found another use for the endless roll of butcher paper I have.

The space in marker is my current size and the full butcher paper is new size :-D

Yeah the videos and pictures make it confusing to choose :biggrin1:. Looks solid. Ask about the extra shelf on the warmer if you haven't seen the pics of it.

I've only cooked on it a few times so far, but I find myself using that side shelf a lot, both when working in the warmer and the main chamber.

Yeah will be a great place for foil, temp stuff, and just ancillary junk. Yours must have been the one that have me the idea :clap2:
 
yes I think I will haft to add that shelf to my build too , I think AZRaptor was the first one with that option , I have never seen it on any other smoker .

i guess some people just have to be difficult and intentionally break the rules.:heh:

Maybe the hog could wear the sausage as a hat?? Gotta make the first smoke weird right??

Though I'll be honest I've been wanting to do one of the whole lambs at Restaurant Depot and maybe get a whole goat too.
