1st smoked wings cook. Wings all brined with game changer. Then 2dz habanero death dust, 4 dz Secrect weapon, 3dz walkers jerk seasoning, 3 dz spice cabinet mixture. 4.5 lb porklion marinaded with Stubbs pork marinade. Hope that there will be some leftovers for tomorrow.
