Hi All What goes on Saturday at Red White & Que? Is there some sort of rib competiton. I know Sunday is KCBS competition.

I just received an email from the administrators. Just checking if I read it correctly, all teams are allowed to set up after 10pm Friday night.

That is my understanding. Friday up to 2pm, then from 4-5pm, then after 10pm
