thanks! i am really liking the moroccan flavors as well. i was worried that the family wouldn't like them, but they all do too.

This place has a nice selection tagines. I wish I could find fresh figs in the grocery stores near me. Your dish looks absolutely delicious. I'd like to see how your family would like chicken with apricots cooked in a tagine. I bet it would go over well. Thanks for sharing. You make me want to scour the markets to see if I can find some fresh figs.

chicken with apricots is definitely on the menu for the future. i've seen several recipes for that.

i wish i could help you with the figs. i just got back from picking a bunch and letting a guy down the street finish it up for now. i didn't get a single fig last year and this year, i'm picking ever three or four days.
