Ladies and gents,

Been and still pretty busy but I've been sneaking in some cooks. Over the weekend on Saturday I cooked up Wagyu cowboy chops and thick cut NY's on my Blackstone grill for the last time before I gave it away. Had cowboy chops leftover the next night Sunday and I didn't feel like freezing it so cooked those up as well. No such thing as too much steak IMO. :becky:

It's a good grill but I have too many as you already know. My bro liked it so I gave it to him.

Yep, it was. It was an impulse buy and I would've kept it since I liked it but no room plus I've got the Santa Maria and skewers if/when I want kebabs.
