Tribute to the Robles Doble Burger.....Update: Lil Bobby B takes one down!

My stomach hurts just looking at it! Great story, and a fine tribute. It's funny how food brings back so many memories (both good and bad) our past. Sometimes simple smells of particular foods spark memories of relatives and friends long past. Very cool stuff.

What kind of hot dog do they use? Is it one of the el cheapo red weiners?
I may have to take one of these down this weekend of my own creation!
 
Great lookin' burger, but that would be a two day project for me. To finish eating it that is...
 
OMG That's one hell of a burger. It would take me two sittings to polish that off. Your boy should be congratulated. Very nice story. Good food friends & family man. That's what it's all about.
