We’re responsible for 10 lbs of mashed potatoes tomorrow, so I decided to do roasted garlic mashed potatoes and season with Albukirky Green Chile, a couple sticks of butter and a half a stick of cream cheese... That oughta work

Might as well get the garlic going, cut the tops off, drizzle with olive oil and season with Trader Joe’s Everything but the Bagel...



We’ll see what they look like in a bit.

That looks hugely delicious!

Never thought of putting "everything bagel" seasoning on there, but I'd hit that hard (and everyone else would pay for it the next day).

Niiice. Two bulbs should be good for 10#.

As for picture size, try flickr.com First 1000 uploads are free. Once uploaded you can pick from a number of resolutions to share. 800 x 600 works pretty good here.

Pictures all looked like the appropriate size on my phone, garlic looks good!
