After reading numerous posts about KFC, decided to give it a try. Soaked a dozen thighs in buttermilk for 6 hours then prepared Louisiana Spicy chicken fry. Onto the cajun bandit at 370 for an hour or so....brushed with melted butter at 45 minutes yielding perfectly cooked, crispy spicy chicken! Family raves, chicken disappears...God I love this forum...thanks for the ideas to all....
