Had some chops for our anniversary which we were going to do last night but life got in the way, did them tonight.
Onto the stok with some "Everglades" rub

Plated up with some pasta

Looks great. Happy anniversary. I'm going to try that rub, I just saw it in my local Publix.
 
Looks good! Everglades can get overpowering to me, but I like it and use it sparingly on a lot of stuff.
