I gots 2 little Corned Beef Flats and a Chuckie in Frank the Drum as I type. Running a mix of KBB, Cowboy Lump and Hickory Chunks. Why the Cowboy Lump you ask ? Cuz it sucks and I've had half a bag laying in garage for a while now and I got tired of looking at it. :lol:

Granbabys Soccer game started 45 minutes late and then ran long due to injuries so I got home an hour later than planned so it's overcooked and wouldn't slice .
Still tastes pretty good with Taters n Cabbage!


 
Looks good cubed.

Strami is good sliced, pulled and cubed.
 
Ate a big ole bowl full last nite and got some for lunch today. My coworkers are in for a treat - Free Aroma Therapy. :shock:
