I'm doing two racks of ribs and decided to go crazy and mist one with the balsamic in last hour.
About to spray my ribs with Apple infused Balsamic

Well my wife liked the balsamic apple better than what we usually have. I can go either way. You taste the bite of the balsamic and then the sweet, then heat from the rub. Someday I want to be able to compete and possibly cater. It would be curios to know how the masses would react to the flavor?
