This is not your pork!
is one Smokin' Farker
A nice piece of pork neck (was on offer this week, bought 3 pieces, one got/gets sliced for pork neck steaks, the other two are destined for the smoker)
With our two African Cow Dung Charcoal Grills being just too impractical (one found good use as base for the starter chimney) a new toy had be bought for the casual quick steaks and sausages, but we didn't want to spend much, so the cheapest possible on offer had to do.
So here I present the so called aro Charcoal Grill 17.52" for just 35.99 EUR ~ 48.33 USD, which is considered a real bargain around here:
It's good for just 1 kg ~ 2.20 lbs of charcoal and that's just enough for quick & easy family dinner. Of course I still only use our favorite Al Fakher Natural Lemon Charcoal Lump which I just got resupplied recently:
Some fine pork neck steaks, some pork sausages (unfortunately not self-made) and zucchini
Very nice, and quite different from our usual smoked pork necks. No BBQ Sauce, but tzatziki heavy on the garlic instead.
