Full Fledged Farker
Had a pork loin and a whole chicken that needed to be addressed. Wife's friend is down from Backwater/Deliverance NY. I did Noah's chicken recipe with a chicken brined by my wife (I type this with her looking editing over my shoulder:blah::blah::blah
Rubs for both were Noah's All Purpose on the chicken and the Beef and Game on the pork.
Added the pork loin a while later
On the Weber Kettle I did some potatoes with fresh minced garlic, Penseys Smoky 4/S, my rub and the onions from the chicken brine
The results,
Our guest loved it. Brownie points for me with the wife. Dessert was watermelon marinated in Tito's Texas vodka:
