I had a craving today and went for it. The guys at Fruita Wood told me they've been recommending a 50/50 mix of Oakridge's Dominator rub and HDD to customers. So I decided to give it a try. And it didn't disappoint. And I haven't made collards for a long time. And I'm now in a vegetative state trying to fight off a food coma. Totally worth it.

Damn, I'd tear that up...

Don't fight the food coma... just roll with it.
