This place has ruined me my wife says

My wife keeps asking how many rubs or BBQ books do you need

My Wife: "Every Meal does NOT have to be gourmet!"

Mine has come around. She's even throwing out names for a food truck "someday??". The only gripe I get is our 8x12 walk in pantry is 75% BBQ.

I thought I was the only one that looked at dumpsters and thought "wonder how much a new one costs so I can make one big a$$ cooker".

I too find this site addictive. I have been into all kinds of grilling, smoking, dutch oven outdoor cooking for a long time. Just bought my first stick burner (used) and have fixed it up. Is a Lang 60". Looking forward to doing some big cooks for family and friend this summer at our private camp ground. I am learning a lot from this site.
