Resting a pork shoulder

Been on for 9 hours now and is in a pan with some apple juice and honey. Even tho the bone isn't wiggling, it probes softly all over. If I pull it now to rest for 1/2 hour at least should I leave it in the pan with the juice?
 
You can pull it from the pan and rest. .5 hrs it's still gonna be real hot. Defat the pan liquid and add it to the meat or your sauce
 
Smoking temp was between 280 to 320. I think the 320 was when one of the buried chunks of mesquite caught. Mostly cruised at 280-300.

I think this is why it didn't wiggle!
