WOW... if i closed my eyes and thought about the BBQ place that i would like to open, that would be it. check out THE COOP also for fried chicken and southern specialties. where was that place when i was at disney?

Wandering around with a bag of matchlight, looking for a match.
I have not been to 4 Rivers, but did hear that they are alot of hype. Although I guess the sides are excellent. If you do go there, go to the original one in Winter Park as it is said to be better than the others. Depends on what part of the month your in Orlando. You could also come out to the Food Truck I have and give it a try. I am setting up for Bike Week about an hour outside of Orlando.
