Simple Lamb , Red style
Blurry picture alert.
basic lamb shoulder cut into sliced chunks.
Marinated in a Portugese, heavy olive oil, salt and pepper and heaps of Garlic for 24 hours.











Man that was simple and tastey.
Home made flat bread is a winner always.
