Hi guys,
I was wondering how your experience is with the Tel Tru LT225R Big Green Egg thermometer.
I myself am a proud owner of a brand new Big Green Egg with its standard meter a Tel Tru. (I do not know if you guys have the same)
After 5 cooks and say 10 rain showers my meter suddenly is foggy.
They say their meters are hermetically sealed and should not condensate under normal conditions/use.
Now here is it.....on a dutch BBQ forum I posted the malfunction and asked around ....and I got at least 10 simular reactions from users using the same meter.....
I have mailed Tel Tru with a pic and they will look into the matter.
It would be helpfull for their quality department if I can present the complete picture.
