Nice!!! I cooked up a slab of ribs on the PBC for lunch today. Stuck with a sick kid at the house and no groceries.
 
That is an underutilized handle. you should have scrapped the knife and fork and had lunch on the run! nice steak!

When I discovered I could get 5-8 of these rib eyes for the price of one select brisket---well me and briskie have parted ways for a while :))
 
I would have to curl up and sleep all afternoon after a feed like that.
