Smoked some Chuck on the lang

Thanks for sharing! These pictures remind me that I really want to try a chuck for the first time. Great job!

I was in White Bear visting family again off of Otter Lake rd and Hwy 96E. I knew i smelled smoke lol.. Looks good!!

You probably did smell smoke. I think the wind was headed in that direction. :grin:

I could throw a rock and probably get close to that area, not too far away.

Lower grate for the first 3 hours then put them on top when I had them in the sheet pan with broth to finish.
 
Foil wrapped over the pans with the broth? I take it you ran them hot? Thinking of doing these this weekend.
