Decided to do a Ground Venison/Bison stuffed smoked Meatloaf on the Big East this evening
Blended the meats with minced garlic and onion,salt and pepper and put half in the loaf pan, then put Mozzarella and Spinach on top
Topped with Panko and special Ketchup and into the Big Easy:
