Normally when i trim my spare ribs i use the tips to make taco salads in the slow cooker with some green enchilada sauce. unfortunately for the party of 8 i have coming i have 2 spare ribs and 2 baby backs. i can make about 4 taco salads with the meat i have on hand.

if i were to go to the store to pick up some more meat which type or cut should i get to supplement the rib tips?
