I've seen the discussions and debates but the ones I've seen were just answered by people copy and pasting an overly involved novel by someone trying to get way more in depth than I need.

The whole kraft paper is but isn't wax or not and a million things.

I was a fireman. I broke things for a living so layman's terms is where it's at for me lol. I was just wondering where you guys buy yours and what you guys buy?

Thanks in advance.

Sam's Club. Big roll white butcher paper $14. I'm still breaking ship. Dropped my favorite Scotch glass last night. Luckily-granite cubes don't break.

I like the 30" width better for briskets.

i get mine from the Webstaurant Store. i like the 24" as it is not too small like the 18" paper i had from Sam's (will not cover a brisket over 12LBS) and not so big that you are folding and folding like the 30" paper. now if you are consistently cooking 20LB+ then maybe the 30" would work better. i also don't bother with the small rolls as they get used up too quickly. the 700-1000ft rolls last a few years.

It has to be pink BP or the results will not be the same after you unwrap.
