Unfortunately, there are stains EVERYWHERE on the patio. Along with charcoal residue and such. The lighting was really bad so the photo is super over exposed, which washes out most of them. I try my best, but I don't get super OCD about it. Try to just enjoy the process.

Chicken looks delicious, if you have the hanging kit try hanging those halves and see what you think.

I got both these for less than the 270 would have have been new, which made me feel good enough to make the trip. I usually cook small amounts as well, but just love to play around with different cookers.
