Can someone provide a link to the common gasket material you guys use for your kettles? I'm considering a stacker also, so I guess I'd probably want extra gasket material for both the top and bottom of that, right?

I have it and it doesn't need gaskets. Been using it for 3yrs. First cook or two may seep a tiny bit but on estates seasoned its air tight.

I had a lid on a 22” kettle that didn't seal well. I cleaned the bottom and top rim with acetone and then coated the bottom rim with Vaseline. Turn the lid over and caulk a bead of Hi Temp RTV around the circumference. Push the lid down and add a weight to the top. Excess that pushes out can be wiped off with a rag and denatured alcohol. Set for 24 hours and mark the top orientation. Mine seals really well.

Although I think you will find that the Stacker is pretty tight and won't be needing any gasket material except possibly the kettle lid IMO.
