RIP Jim "HOMBRE" Blake

Jim Blake,"Hombre" passed way on Sept.26th in his sleep.We had some great times with Jim at Stagecoach BBQ comp and other comps over the years.Jim gave me some great help and advice early on and he will be sadly missed,great guy and good friend ! Prayers go out to the entire Blake family of Blakes BBQ :sad:

Is that the Blake's BBQ from Anaheim and Los Alamitos, CA? If so, I didn't know that they were a comp team... fantastic BBQ

No,this is Jim Blake from Mesa Arizona,long time BBQ comp team from there and one of the pioneers in Arizona BBQ comps.
