Throwdown, a competition in which fellow brethren cook a category, according to the current TD guidelines, post it, and we vote on it to declare a winner. It's a lot of fun and will improve your own cooking and photography skills.

Yes, a big thanks to Moose and Shagdog for all they do and for keeping up with all those timelines, posting, pics, polls, etc. It is NOT an easy job. Plus, enforcing the rules is always the hardest part. It takes a Real Man to accept and handle a Dilly Bar! LoL. Takes an even bigger one to handle a Goose Egg!
